I also found the time I spent daily exercising (walking was my choice), was a time in which my mind put itself back together. did that make sense? somehow in the 20-30 minutes spent concentrating on my body -- breathing in, breathing out, step, step; that focused time on simple basic physical movement allowed my emotions and mind to calm. I'd have to give a big "thumbs-up" to getting back into your exercise routine.
