Here are my sewing assistants: Sam and Moisés. They seem to think their primary role is to hold the muslin in place on the cutting table.

Pattern Weights?

How cute! The one on the left (Sam?) looks like he's telling a secret to the other one. Perhaps I have an overactive imagination--haha!

Those are the best pattern weights that I have ever seen! Isn't it funny how they just have to lay on what ever it is that you are working on. Maggie
